We rented a family apartment at this luxurious hotel and were impressed by its spaciousness. It was like an oasis of tranquility, thanks to the well-designed gardens and the hotel's setup away from the main road. The night market was just a short 10-minute walk away, making it convenient for us to explore the local attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. They even asked us what we would like for breakfast the next day to accommodate our needs. The hotel's spa was also worth mentioning, as it provided excellent services at a slightly discounted price.

We loved staying here! The hotel facilities were clean and fantastic, especially the beautiful gardens that really made us feel close to nature. It was also in a great location to see everything we wanted to see in this city, including the old city gate. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of healthy options and eggs made to order. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Staying at Shewe Wana Resort was the most wonderful experience while visiting Chiang Mai . I love this hotel : from the reception area in a beautifully restored building , to staying in one bedroom suites , everyday walking through a tropical garden path within the hotel . The suite is newly building with well decorated comfortable large rooms . Sad to leave but definitely will be back .

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The suite was clean and very comfortable. The ambience at the hotel was superb. What impressed us most was the extend the hotel staff went to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Being Muslims, we require special 'halal"(permissible to Muslim) diet. The hotel staff made sure that there were no pork and lard in our food. In fact they prepared food that my wife and I used to back home. I usually take my sunny-side up with raw chopped onion and spring onion. The hotel staff went to the extend of providing that for us. During one of our dinner, my wife ordered a plate of fried rice. When the order came, my wife was not familiar with the taste. She asked for a plate of fried chicken. The staff changed the dish without any extra cost. Futhermore, the staff prepared for my wife baked potatoes which was not in the menu. We were very thankful for that. I really had a wonderful time staying at Shene Wana. To all the staff, thank you very much for the hospitality and for the care and concern they showed to us. Thank you
Everything was beyond our expectation. We were more than satisfied.

We had a very pleasant stay at this surprising hotel in an urban area. the tropical paradise interior was stunning and the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered a wide range of local and traditional foods, making it one of the best we've had in Southeast Asia. the hotel's shuttle service made it easy to get to the downtown area, night market, and old city gate. the spacious and nicely appointed rooms were a real highlight with lovely decorations and balconies with great views.
While the shower in our room was a bit old and the hot water was inconsistent at times, the service from the staff more than compensated for this inconvenience.

Environment around the suites was beautiful and very tranquil. The layout of the suite was very comfortable. Loved the coffee shop and the breakfast. Staff was friendly and very helpful..
I loved Shewe Wana Suite Resort although during the evenings it seemed there were limited options for dining at the resort.. Great location to find local dining options during evening though.

Very nicely appointed rooms - quietness of the property away from the amin street
The restaurant menu leaned very heavy to vegetarian Thai cuisine; they were accommodating to suit our wishes.

The tropical gardens were stunning and provided a peaceful setting for our weekend stay. the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious local and traditional foods, and the friendly staff made our stay a very pleasant experience. the location was convenient for exploring the local area, and the shuttle service provided a hassle, free way to get to town.
The bathroom could have been cleaned better, and the swimming pool was quite small and not suitable for serious swimming. There was no one available at the front desk during the night, and the check, in time was set strictly at 2:00 pm.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent service
The front door to the apartment needs to be fixed, it jams making it difficult to open and close properly. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel, the food was fantastic, however during dinner there was a group of people celebrating a birthday that had music playing very loud and were yelling and singing over the top of this. This mad it impossible for us to have a conversation during dinner and woke my 2 month old niece. The staff apologised which was nice but I think seating us elsewhere may of been better

Spent an amazing weekend at this resort! Enjoyed the variety of amenities offered, particularly the two outdoor pools and the delicious breakfast options. , the location is great, offering easy access to the city center and several tourist spots. Another plus is the spacious rooms with clean floors and comfortable furniture. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Although the rooms were spacious, the bed was too hard for my liking. the noise level from neighboring rooms made it difficult to fall asleep at times.
